The Centre, established in 1982 has become the premier destination in the heart of South West Cornwall, offering residential and non-residential Windsurfing Holidays and RYA Courses.

Coverack Windsurfing Centre offers holidays and courses to suit all standards, from complete beginners to advanced windsurfers.

The Proprietor and Centre Principal R.Y.A. Instructor Robin Hobson ensures its windsurfing, tuition, safety and the hospitality are as good as you will find anywhere!!!

Windsurfing

Coverack has a beautiful sandy bay, which provides protection from the prevailing South Westerly winds. This results in an ideal learning area for windsurfing for the beginner, with a stronger wind area 'Down Wind' for the intermediate and advanced sailors. In the event that the sea is unsuitable to sail upon, we then have use of the RYA Windsurfing Centre at Stithians Reservoir, 270 acres. Full safety boat cover is provided at both RYA Centres. You have free use of surf skis and snorkelling equipment when on course.

We provide all windsurfing equipment required including: 5mm ladies and mens wetsuits, 5mm junior suits, shorties, boots, bouyancy aids, waist and seat harnesses, helmets etc.
